Expensive for the quality of service we received, we would not recommend or stay in the future
The beds were comfortable. The second room we moved into had a bar fridge. Bathroom had good bench space, lighting was good. Large mirror. Flow of water was good as was heating in the room and free wifi. Heating was broken but fixed promptly. Proximity to cafes, Restaurants and city centre was great. Walkable to most places. Overall clean and tidy. Clean towels each day.
Three days of calling the hotel to find out the check in time with no reply despite. leaving name and number to be called back. Called everyday till check in but still no response. No option to check in online. First room - bathroom had no bench space near the sink, no Bar Fridge. Reception would not answer room service calls during our stay. Phone rang out. We had walk to reception to get service. No free parking charged €6 euro a day - is expensive considering daily room rate charged. No compensation offered for having to move rooms and poor facilities in first room. Requested to speak to Manager who was not available and never called back. Indicated it was 4 star. Succeeded to disappoint

I should have been refunded 44 euro from my 59 euro deposit...
I should have been refunded 44 euro from my 59 euro deposit as I paid 6 euro overnight parking. So 50 euro was taken from my account. The following day 44 was taken from my account instead of being up in. So now I’m down 94 euro but when I contacted you’re accounts I was told I’m only getting 88 euro back. How is this ? I would like itvresolved asap

I liked the bar - and food was quite good I found bar and restaurant staff very friendly Location was good Nice View! Nice big room Nice and quite
Bed was very squeeky ( I was only sleeping in it!) Shower/taps fawlty Television only had a few working channels Reception book in staff not particularly friendly - but not unpleasant or rude - she just went through the motions of booking me in and seemed disinterested- for example she told me I had room only and when I checked my booking the following day I could clearly see I had payed for breakfast Other colleagues booked in via other websites and got the price considerably cheaper - I booked through hotel and paid more than anyone We had to pay additional for parking! Oh and I found it annoying there were very limited sockets in the room - I was working and needed sockets for laptops, phones etc
